Mrs. Trupti Jain - Founder Director
Trupti Jain, the founder of Naireeta Services Private Limited (NSPL), is an esteemed gender expert with an extensive career spanning over three decades. Her expertise encompasses diverse experiences, ranging from grassroots implementation to the formulation of government policies related to Gender centric development policies in India, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
Having engaged actively in the sector through non-profit organizations, government-sponsored institutions, international donors, for-profit ventures, and her current leadership role in a social enterprise, Trupti has played a pivotal role in enhancing women’s participation in governance. Notably, her affiliations include ministries such as Environment & Forest, Urban Development, Urban Housing, Rural Development, Education, and Women & Child Development.
Trupti’s contributions extend to addressing critical challenges in water management, with a specific emphasis on climate change mitigation, disaster reduction, and livelihood enhancement. Both her non-profit initiative, Sustainable Green Initiatives Forums, and her social enterprise, Naireeta Services, have received global recognition, including prestigious awards from institutions such as the World Bank, Millennium Alliance, Government of India, World Water Forum, and the United Nations.
She serves as an advisory member on the selection committee of the Rockefeller Foundation’s Fellowship program in the USA and is a member of the US government’s Western India Fellow selection committee. Trupti also provides mentorship to US Embassy fellows.
Recipient of numerous global accolades, including the Cartier Women’s Initiative Award, Fulbright, Buckminster Fuller, LEAD (Leadership in Environment and Development), Women Entrepreneurship Program Award, Niti Aayog of the Government of India, UNFCCC, and Gender Just Climate Solution Awardee, Trupti holds a Master’s in Sustainable Development, following her graduation in Environmental Engineering.
Her substantial body of work encompasses over 16 published research papers at state, national, and international levels, along with more than 30 educational literatures. Trupti is recognized as a UN speaker representing the Women and Gender Constituency and the UN Water Conference, reflecting her unwavering commitment to advancing gender equality and sustainable development.
